Often times, words are not enough for the mind, body and soul to heal. Therefore Maureen encourages the use of art, poetry, music and writing in her practice to guide clients to a deeper and more meaningful emotional catharsis.

Therapeutic Point of View
Family systems theory is a point of view that I strongly adhere to in my practice.
A large part of the therapeutic process is to heal the parts of our selves that have been damaged, hurt and quieted by the intergenerational patterns that have been passed down through time.
Clients that benefit most from therapy are those who are motivated for change, ready for self-exploration and who are enthusiastic to live the life that they truly want.
